Reunion: An Epic in Miniature, was presented first as Battle Cry of Freedom at  the Norma Terris Theatre in workshop at the Goodspeed Opera House in Chester, Connecticut. It then played at the A.M.A.S. Musical Theatre on Theatre Row in New York City and subsequently at Ford’s Theatre, Washington, D.C. The book and story are by Jack Kyrieleison and Ron Holgate, who directed all three productions. Scenic and Lighting design at Goodspeed was by Peter Harrison and Donald Holder; in New York and Washington Scenic Design was by Douglas Huszti; Lighting design in New York was by Stephen Petrilli and in Washington was by Jeff Croiter. The musical incorporates period songs, stories and images in a unique stage narrative of the struggle to preserve the Union in the American Civil War.
